Tenant Placement
We usually charge 1st month’s rent to find and place tenants. We can offer a discount on this rate if we feel that we are a good fit to work together.
We use unique tools to do the 1:1 employment / landlord / credit check. Most of our clients are happy to leave the tenant selection process to us, relying on our tools and experience, combined with ongoing management to be more than enough. If you would like to sign off on our tenant recommendations we can easily accommodate that.
For Lease only we charge 100% of 1st months rent
PEACE OF MIND WITH OUR
Rental Guarantee
Covers replacement of tenants who do not complete a 12-month tenancy when taken with a 12-month management agreement.
Flexible Monthly Rental Property Management Fees
We have 3 tiers of monthly fee which are representative of the 3 levels of service we provide. These prices are also subject to review of rent revenue so you only pay what is reasonable in relation to the service you choose and the rent that is collected. We don’t over charge by setting a basic arbitrary % per unit!
